About

We provide specialist care and support to vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Aspergers, Epilepsy, Mental Health conditions.
We have a large team of wonderful staff. We’re one of the few care providers to give staff permanent contracts and we encourage them all to seek professional qualifications. As a result, our staff turnover rate is far below the industry average, which means much better continuity of care and support. We’re very proud to have a dedicated in-house behavioural team with many years’ experience in the care and support field and training from the world renowned Tizard Centre and the Institute of Applied Behavioural Analysis. Being able to call on this expertise rather than having to involve the NHS leads to faster decisions for the people we work with and support that is much more responsive to their needs.
