Founded in 2018, Dave Hill was ex-military and found when he left and started driving as a civilian, the driving quality that was being offered to blue-chip/SME customers was appalling. His findings were that no adequate training, driver debrief, or assistance in route planning was provided; it was a case of 'here are the keys of you go'. Dave had a different mindset and came up with the idea to re-educate drivers and have found that the reassurance this gave the customers was working.
