About Walk Interior Design Walk provide classic and contemporary design plus urban and individual interiors, for all kinds of houses, apartments, offices, restaurants and even dental surgeries. We are happy to design one room or take on an entire property. We can even help with exterior styling and associated signage and graphics. We have many years experience, across various design disciplines that not only allow us to visualise our inspired designs, but enable us to provide you with a much broader, practical and more fully considered solution, that goes beyond the imagination and skill of most traditional designers. Concept Designs From Walk Interior Design The designs are produced on a series of moodboards to include room visuals and furniture layouts, reference pictures and various samples of relevant materials and colours, along with our recommendations for, furniture, window treatments, lighting, storage, art and accessories. When the designs are presented, they are fully explained, so every aspect is justified and covered. This is all inclusive of the design fee. Project Management From Walk Interior Design We can provide a range or services and support to achieve the final design. Generally for sourcing, supplying and organizing items such as: soft furnishings, wallpaper furniture, light fittings and accessories project management is inclusive. For selecting, briefing, obtaining estimates, managing and overseeing builders, electricians, decorators, plumbers etc we charge 15% of their works. We are happy to work with your own contractors on an hourly rate basis.
