Face to Face sessions are available at my discreet and tranquil Ainsdale practice, situated in my private garden, not visible from the main road.

Fully qualified, I also offer couples counselling and online counselling, which can make therapy more accessible to people with busy lives. It is also a vital source of support for those that struggle to leave the house or have anxiety around meeting new people.

It shows that no matter how you may feel about yourself just now, you still have the ability to make positive changes in your life and place your own needs first at a time when you really need to.
