St Joseph Family Center offers individual, group, couple, marriage, child and family therapy, family mediation services, educational workshops/classes, healing arts and body therapy, spiritual direction, retreats and outreach workshops. Our work is holistic, focusing on integration of self (mind, body and spirit) in relationship to others. We nurture individuals in a healing environment of personal growth. We are a non-profit professional counseling center embracing a 'Family Systems' orientation.Services include individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults, couples counseling, and marriage and family counseling. Our clinicians have a variety of specialties, including trauma-related issues, co-occurring mental health and substance use issues, parenting, ADHD, depression, anxiety, blended families, and severe and persistent mental disorders. Counseling clients are eligible to receive medication evaluations and medication management services through our psychiatric nurse practitioner. When appropriate, counseling Department staff refers to other St. Joseph Family Center departments, including body therapy and spirituality. Several groups are also offered, including Men and Anger, Women and Anger, Parenting, and Parenting Children of Divorce.
