WE are Chartered Buiding Surveyors and Chartered Architctural Technologists. We offer architectural design services as well as building pathology and thermal-imaging energy loss surveys. Planning & Building Regulations applications.
As a main part of our building inspection service we use UAVs (aerial drones) to inspect/photograph building facades and roofs. To date we have surveyed aerially University buildings, warehouses, offices, houses and flats. We can include a Condition Report or just a photographic service. A new service we provide is 3D modelling of buildings too, used for planned maintenance, etc. Call us for a quote.
