Alex has been a Hypnotherapist since 2011 when he trained at CPHT in Bristol. Turning full time in 2012, he has built up extensive experience in many areas and has a reputation for being friendly, energetic and professional. Alex has helped people overcome depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and IBS. He has also helped people manage their weight and perform better in sport or at work. He has also worked with many people with unusual or unique conditions to great success. Becoming a Hypnotherapy Supervisor in 2015, Alex uses his experience to mentor and coach new and experienced Hypnotherapists. He has also trained people to become Hypnotherapists since 2016 when he became a Senior Hypnotherapy Lecturer for CPHT. He is the CEO of the AfSFH (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy).
