We run fit camps for the people of Swindon.
I've been going to Bootcamp UK for about a year now and i still love it! Every class is always different and there's always room to push yourself harder!

When I first started going I was morbidity obese and the slowest person there but no one ever made me feel bad about it, in fact everyone's really supportive. Jay, Nick and the other parafit members are all great at encoraging you when you feel like you can't do no more!

And don't hesitate to ask for an alternative if you really can't do something, there really not that scary x
