The territory I cover is between all Northern Illinois Counties from the IllinoisWisconsin border as a North Boundary, with Counties North of US Route 24 East of the Illinois River and all Counties along and through which Interstate 80 passes as a southern boundary. I have been appraising farm properties since 1960 and my qualifications include Holding an Illinois State Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License and an Illinois Real Estate Brokers License. Continuing education requirements in each of these capacities are current Maintaining both an Accredited Rural Appraiser ARA and Accredited Farm Manager AFM designations which are awarded by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers to those members who have had years of experience, are technically trained, have passed a rigid examination and subscribe to a high code of ethics in those two professions. Maintaining a membership in the Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals, presently serving on its board, representing the Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Maintaining a membership in the Illinois and National Association of Realtors, the DeKalb Area Association of Realtors, the Fox Valley Association of Realtors, the Illinois Farm and Land Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute that are affiliates of the Illinois and National Association of Realtors. I have appraised farms, tranitional properties, farms to be developed, recreational properties, small acreage properties with buildings, and confinement livestock facilities for loan, acquisition, sale, estate tax reporting and other purposes.
