Hello, my names Tom Oliver, I'm a 19 year old computer science student based in Dudley. I Have one year professional web development experience. The idea of Tom's Web Solutions has been around for 2 years now, and now 2018 is the year that the company was born. The aim of Tom's Web Solutions is to provide a professional service to all who need a website in the local area. The main target audience for the company is local start up companies or people who run self employed companies.
