Smith Fabrications is a local business specialising in bespoke design and fabrication of all things metal. Rob Smith has 35 years of experience in the steel fabrication industry. He has been involved in many major projects including works at Hinckley Point, Gloucestershire County Cricket Ground, The Wild Place Project (Bristol Zoo), Bath University and many other local educational settings. Rob's particular interest is smaller bespoke works. He has designed gates, balconies, firepits, and fireguards featuring local landmarks and industries. Rob designed and manufactured the Camerton Collieries Ore Cart which is currently situated in the centre of Camerton Village near Bath. He also produced a stunning fireguard incorporating the Radstock mining wheel, and a replica level crossing gate situated at Purbeck House on the line of the original Camerton railway.
