Set in over 14 acres of rural South Oxfordshire, Cranford School is a non-selective independent day school, for girls and boys from Nursery through to Sixth Form. Established in 1931 by a local Moulsford resident for just one pupil, Cranford School has come a long way from its inception. Today, with around 600 pupils, we value our unique reputation for providing a vibrant, opportunity-rich education. This is firmly based on traditional values, within a warmly nurturing environment, where the diversity of ability and talent of each of our pupils is fully embraced. Our pupils are happy, confident and motivated, giving them the perfect foundation to aspire to achieve across all areas of our broad curriculum. The small class sizes, close community and committed staff clearly promote our ethos as a welcoming, family school. Our relatively small size ensures that every pupil has the opportunity to participate fully in all aspects of school life from the earliest years.
