She is also admitted into federal practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Northern District of West Virginia, and the Southern District of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court. Attorney Bogarad served as the President of the Bethany College Alumni Association from 2000 - 2002, and is currently President Emeritus for that organization. She has served as the Director of the West Virginia Board of Directors for the Hugh O'Brien Youth Foundation, is currently Chairman of the Mary H. Weir Friends of the Library Association, a member of the Bethany College Alumni Association, and a board member of the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce. For the past five (5) years Bogarad has served as Alumni Advisor to the Phi Mu Fraternity, a Greek organization to which Bogarad belonged during her undergraduate studies at Bethany College. Bogarad is a 1972 graduate of Weir High School. In 1976, she graduated cum laude from Bethany College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Immediately following her graduation from Bethany, she worked for a local newspaper as a feature writer and then for four years as a producer for WTOV-TV9. In 1981, she attended Duquesne University School of Law, from which she graduated in 1984. Within a few years of her graduation, Bogarad opened her own law practice. Her areas of practice include personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and also in the areas of wills, estates, and domestic relations. Sharon Bogarad is married to Ronald E. Kinney of Weirton, the couple resides in Weirton, WV. Paralegal Robin QuickleRobin Quickle is Attorney Bogarad's Paralegal, focusing mainly on personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, social security disability, and Ohio estates. Ms. Quickle has been with the Law Office since 2003 and has worked in the legal field since 1989. Her past experience includes real estate title work and bankruptcy along with the aforesaid areas of law. Robin, her husband Jim and three children live in Weirton, WV. Legal Assistant Gloria Lancaster Gloria Lancaster has been employed by Attorney Bogarad's Law Office since 1999. As a Legal Assistant, she works in the areas of family law, domestic relations, and advanced directives, including the preparation of Wills, medical and durable Powers of Attorney. Ms. Lancaster is also responsible for the preparation of all estate documents for West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Gloria, her husband John and three daughters live in Weirton, WV.
