Functional Skills Education Centre (FSEC) is a non-profit organisation that is located in Harrow and Wealdstone in the town of Harrow. We are an education and training centre that focuses on adult education in personal development and upskilling for employment. At FSEC, we are committed to providing opportunities for everyone in the community - those who are low-income, on benefits, unemployed, newly migrated, or simply here to learn. The courses we offer equip our learners with skills that they need to enter the job force, increase their self-esteem, and build a brighter future for themselves. Educating minds and changing lives is our priority.
