Following on from your first consultation, we will meet up to view my first drawings and ascertain what the overall design might be. That means we will connect the costing of design with the eventual landscaping and planting. Having agreed on the complexity of design required, I will then draw up a provisional plan. At this stage I will submit a quotation for the cost of my design fees and we will decide at this juncture, whether it is necessary to present a further provisional plan or move directly to the Masterplan. The Masterplan is the finished design. I will also include specifications, plans, showing the physical outline and planting layout, in addition to the possibility of further diagrams and illustrations. When the finished design is delivered and you are pleased with the product, the payment is now due and plans will be made to anticipate future landscaping and planting.
