We cut the ribbon to enter our most prized possession in May 2005 and we have now shared it with many holiday makers who have rented the villa for the last 10 seasons. Over the years Dalyan has developed into a thriving tourist town with the best of both worlds for summer fun and nature lovers.
Zeytin Koru is within 60 meters of a landscaped park with running track, gym equipment, basket ball, table tennis and childrens climbing frames and also within 100 meters of a supermarket. Yet the garden is not overlooked and is visited by many birds, with stunning mountain views 360 degrees. Villa information and facilities Villa Zeytin Koru is located in the beautiful village of Dalyan in the conservation area of the Turquoise Coast of Turkey, which retains much of its original charm and still has a village community feel. Although In a semi rural position, our dream villa is within a 100 yards of the main street. The neighbouring Turkish houses, cotton fields, stunning view of mountains and ancient rock tombs offer visitors to this villa a holiday of visual enchantment.
Newly built for 2005 our luxury colonial style villa with private pool is set in a large garden with Oleander hedges, palm and olive trees, offering some privacy to our guests. The 60 square metre pool enjoys full sunshine all day. The accommodation comprises of 4 double bedrooms with luxury en suites, and single and double sofa beds in the 2 main reception rooms to comfortably sleep up to 10 people if required. In addition the villa can accommodate up to 2 infants, with 2 cots and 2 high chairs. The villa is air conditioned throughout and all windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds. Free wifi is available throughout the villa.
