Hypnotherapy with Sue at Cardiff Hypnotherapy Solutions is a one to one service which is confidential and designed to suit the bespoke needs of each client (you). A course of 3-6 sessions is ideal, depending on the issue and the depth of the issue. Everyone is different but working with Sue a qualified, fully insured practitioner and a member of the NCH, everyone is safe in her care. A hypnosis session usually lasts about an hour and part of the session is talking about the issue, setting goals and removing blocks and part of the session is doing trance work- hypnosis itself; accessing the subconscious mind using the imagination. In this state we accept suggestions recommended to us to enable the change we want.
