WELCOME TO PC ONSITE. Established since 2004 PC ONSITE has serviced thousands of home and business customers located in and around the Wiltshire and Somerset areas. We have the expertise and resource to cater for all of your IT needs. Experienced Technicians. We use our own experienced technicians who have many years of experience behind them unlike the larger companies who tend to employ staff who are inexperienced and lack the years of essential hands on work that is normally required to complete the job properly. Onsite Service. We provide an onsite service where our technicians travel to your location in order to troubleshoot and fix your IT problems. There is no need for you to go through the hassle of unplugging and moving your IT equipment or waiting weeks to get it repaired. Fast Response. For home customers we will try to provide a same day onsite response, we also work evenings up to 9 pm. For business customers we provide a 4 to 8 hour response 24/7 for high priority problems and 24 hour response for low priority problems. No more waiting days or even weeks for your problem to be fixed. Low Cost. All of our parts are checked monthly to make sure they beat most high street retailers. We charge our time on an hourly basis which only starts once we are onsite and ready. We Support Small Businesses. If you are a small business then we can act as your IT department. There is no need to employ highly paid IT professionals to maintain and support your IT infrastructure. We can be at your disposal wherever and whenever you need us. No Contracts. We provide our services on a demand basis, there is no contract to sign just give us a call in order to use our services. Warranty. All of our work is covered by a six month warranty, any parts we supply and fit are also covered by a 12 month warranty as standard. We care about our customers.
