Saint Johns used to be the Village Church for Parson Drove, but it was taken out of service in 1974 when it passed into the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. It is a Grade 2* listed amazing building and well worth a visit. The churchyard is the resting place for a lot of people, including John Peck a landowner, renowned for his detailed diaries of life in the fens.
There is a newly formed friends group, and it is our aim to bring this amazing building back to life, with various events for all. We need volunteers to help out with all sorts of things Facebook page @saintjohnsparsondrove
