Martyn and Jane warmly welcome you to their family Guest House.


The Marine View Guest House has a warm and friendly atmosphere. All of its 9 rooms are of a high standard, clean and comfortable. We have a large family room and a single room with spectacular sea views whilst the other rooms look out over neighbouring gardens, the Admiralty cottages, the coast guard's house and downs in the distance.

Our bar opens at 6 p.m Tuesday-Sunday and offers a wide range of beers, wines, ales, whiskeys and much more. In the winter months there is a log burner fire to add to a very friendly, warm, homely and welcoming atmosphere. Children are welcome in the bar area and toys and games are provided. Darts and bar billiards are also available along with guitars and piano.

Our double garage provides storage for bikes, cycles, kite surfing equipment etc. We have an outside cleaning area to spray down wet suits and equipment as needed.

The cosy bar offers a welcome and warm place to finish your day's activities, and can be booked for parties and events for up to 80 people. We are happy to discuss catering needs, entertainment and special requirements.

We are also happy for our bar to be a meeting place for smaller groups e.g. book clubs and seating and tables can be arranged.

The dining room with spectacular views over the sea can be booked for smaller parties, afternoon teas and private meetings. e.g. anniversary celebrations, smaller birthday parties, business meetings, wakes etc. We are happy to discuss catering needs or simply provide tea, coffee and biscuits.

Our dining room can also be booked for craft and art activities. With its light and airy atmosphere it is a very inspirational space.
