Caroline, the principal, managed weddings, formal dinners and banqueting for 10 years at York's Merchant Taylor's Hall alongside her brother Robert Taylor, the head chef. Prior to that she cut her teeth at some of the finest establishments around, including Ripley Castle, Chevin Lodge and York's Viking Hotel.
More recently, we were delighted at being asked to prepare and serve a private lunch for Prince William and Kate Middleton on Kate's 29th birthday - shortly before their wedding.
