Best decision I ever made. I am getting a GREAT workout and meeting new people. The staff is MARVELOUS and the workouts are really AWESOME. I love this place.

I was so excited when I heard kickboxing was coming close to where I live. This has been the best thing I've ever done when it comes to making a choice to change and the motivation that the staff gives along with the group of great people I've met it remarkable.

I am so happy I joined iLovekickboxing in Dallas! I actually feel so motivated and look forward to working out each day! The instructors are awesome and they pump you up to give it your all! I would definitely recommend anyone to totally join! I'm glad I did!

Love this place! I've always wanted to try kickboxing but couldn't because of the price of memberships and such. So when I heard that they had a special to try it out that you got FREE gloves, I had to try it. That's all it took. I'm in love. In love with the people, the place, the workout, everything. The instructors love their jobs, and it shows. The workouts always leave me sweating profusely (Gross, but shredding those pounds!). The people there that attend classes all get along great and motivate each other. The location is a bit out of the way if you live downtown, but the drive isn't too bad. They are situated right by white rock lake, so if you want to beat traffic and come early or stay late, you can check out the park right by the lake. Recommend to everyone!

One of the best decisions I've made for my health is giving this place a shot! Everyone is so encouraging and kind. It's great to be in a place with so many women that are pushing each other to succeed. The men that go are so supportive as well! I can't wait to keep coming and see the progress I can make!!

Let me start off by saying that I have joined club after club in the past. I've had personal trainers and tried to stick with a work out plan or work the machines to get a good work out. None of it has worked. I was worried at first about trying "another" workout place but I gave it a try. WOW I was wrong! I LOVE ILOVEKICKBOXING WHITEROCK! THEY ARE THE BEST! You get a full body workout all in 1 hr! You have teachers that keep you motivated and truly want to help you reach your goals! It is hard work and you will sweat but you will feel great! Its like your own family when you walk in and you will not regret it!

The best decision ever. So tired of making excuses and so so ready for me time. Well worth every penny...awesome workouts...wonderful ladies...and everyday you meet amazing members.

THE BEST WORKOUT PLACE . SO MOTIVATING AND ENCOURAGING FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. FUN ENVIRONMENT AND INTRUCTORS ARE ALWAYS PUSHING YOU TO DO YOUR BEST . ITS JUST LIKE A BIG HAPPY FAMILY WITH ALL THE NEW PEOPLE YOU MEET .I LOVE IT AND WOULD NOT CHANGE IT FOR THE WORLD !!!!!

I seriously struggle with "gym dread"...you know, that feeling of putting on tight gym clothes, going to a place where everyone is in better shape than me, and getting judged while I sweat my butt of just walking in from the car. Lucky for me this NEVER was the case at ILKB. From the moment I signed up everyone was encouraging and supportive. I've had some injuries and am so out of shape, but they push me to do my best...not to keep up with them, not to keep up with everyone in class, but to do what I can to become a better me! Each class is new and exciting because it's never the same routine twice, and that helps me come back.
