I have been wanting a way to get back in shape with no judgement only encouragement and that is exactly what I have found here! I cannot wait for class each night. I also cannot imagine a group of more positive, motivating, fun group of instructors to push me to be a better me! I'm so glad I found ILKB!

I am often shy and usually hate taking any type of fitness class. I've had experiences where the trainers/instructors are not the most helpful. Not at all the case at ILKB. Everyone is receptive and encouraging from the instructors to the members. The workouts are always a challenge and everyone motivates me to keep going. No one gets left behind! There is absolutely no shaming if you can't do a certain exercise, just modifications and encouragement. Best investment ever!
