This company is in a league of its own! Nothing but good things to say about their price, installation, knowledge and service. This company sets the bar and are an excellent company to do business with if you are considering replacing your windows and doors. I wish all companies would service their customers like highgate door.

Highgate door replaced 3 windows in my home last month. I was extremely pleased with the installation process, especially with the installation crew – the lead guy and his team. The installers were extremely knowledgeable about their product and company. So far I have enjoyed the windows themselves. They have been a wonderful upgrade and are working beautifully.

When the guy from Highgate door visited us to talk about the fix, we felt very comfortable with him and were pleased with the time he took to answer our questions, especially since we were considering cutting out a wall to make one window bigger. The installation took two days as we were told and the two workers were great guys, very respectful of our house and cleaned up afterwards. We are now looking forward to windows that are easy to keep clean and that will never have to be painted again!

We replaced all our windows and doors with Highgate Door few years ago. They came with a lifetime warranty and needed to use it recently for our front door. The technician came and listened to all my issues regarding the locking mechanism and door sweep. He was prepared with all the necessary parts and fixed all the issues promptly and professionally. The service call was a success and have nothing but positive feedback. Great job by Highgate Door!

It took a bit longer than expected for the manufacturer to receive the privacy glass we wanted-- so to compensate; they squeezed us onto their schedule ASAP for a Saturday installation so we would not have to wait even longer for the doors. Our installer worked his butt off climbing up and down the steps of our hillside house and never a single complaint. He was upbeat and meticulous. Couldn't be happier with the end result!

Very quick response time - within an hour. Fixed problem with malfunctioning/seizing door (would not open or close) and lubricated drive screw. Very knowledgeable and door runs like a charm - used to make noise and no longer makes excessive noise and runs very smoothly.

Door was very high quality. Glad that I had Highgate Door install it because there were a lot of parts and a number of adjustments that had to be made. I am sure that a skilled handyman could have completed the job, but that's not me. Very satisfied with the end result.

Believe the reviews; these guys do a great job. They replaced all of my windows in my townhome in NYC and made it very hassle free. They work really hard, good stuff. They also gave me some recommendations on how to get my old interior shutters working again, thanks guys.
