Professional service from beginning to the end. Installation was done carefully and clean. These doors and windows fit perfectly and look beautiful. They make a world of difference. Now from our 3rd floor apartment window, I see trucks and buses pass by without any sound!

Wow! I was so impressed. Highgate door have to be my new favorite. We had five 30-year-old windows replaced in our freezing cold living room and also installed a glass sliding door. The windows look amazing and the door too, their products are more energy efficient, and also have better locks than our old ones. They did this whole installation in about 4 hours, and thoroughly cleaned up everything from the job. We will absolutely use them again for our future window and door upgrades.

The absolute best place in town for shutters and other window treatments. I have used Highgate door twice since 2014. They recently helped me in my new home. Immediately came out, measured and made suggestions. Even though I changed my mind three times they were patient until I got it right. Would not use another company!

My window sash was rotten and need to be replaced. I phoned Highgate Door and their sales rep said to bring in a sample of the trim and angle. They cut the replacement sash perfectly and in the process, they were able to make the repairs to the window. It was mind boggling how great the service, product and price were. I rate it 10 plus out of 10.

AMAZING service! Doors were fixed without a problem. The serviceman was very easy to deal with and the cost was affordable. I will definitely keep Highgate Door in mind for the future.

Got my door this week. They put in the wrong knob handle but did their best to make it right. They were willing to drive all the way down to my house to my house just to change to the correct knob the next day. I would gladly recommend them to anyone that would like a beautiful door.
