This is a great full body workout. It is challenging and extremely fun. The instructors are knowledgeable, energetic and non-judgemental. They make you want to push yourself to do a little more each time. The atmosphere is warm and inviting no matter what level you are. Take a class and you will be hooked!

Ilovekickboxing is such an amazing workout .. the instructors are awesome and so quick to help when you don't get something. They really care. Best decision I ever made

I love this gym. It is an amazing workout. The instructors are phenomenal. They keep the class fun and upbeat. They also motivate everyone. I wasn't sure how I would feel about kickboxing, but I love it and am glad I tried it.

I love ILKB Seekonk, MA! The instructors are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and their energy levels during work outs keeps me motivated. I've only been going for a month so far but I have loved every class Ive attended. The facility is clean, the staff is amazing and supportive. Best decision I've made! Everyone should try ILKB Seekonk!!

What can I say about this place, it's awesome!! I always look forward to coming here. Even though it's a workout, you have fun doing it and will come back for more. The instructors and fellow students are motivating and inspiring.

Just joined, but already know I made the right choice! The instructors keep you pumped and motivated during the class, and make sure you have a positive outlook on your progress and achievements during and after class!

I love ILKB!!!!! I was excited and nervous to start but the staff is awesome. They put me right at ease. They're encouraging, supportive and ready to help anytime you need it. The workouts are amazing & it is such a positive atmosphere. I'm so glad I joined!

Joining ILKB was probably the best thing I've ever done for myself. As someone whose always hated exercise, I found normal gyms to be very boring and unmotivational. But ILKB is so different. The whole staff really cares about you and your goals, and the workouts are high energy and a lot of fun. You never get the same workout two days in a row so it never gets boring! They're also very adaptable, so it doesn't matter whether you're in the best shape of your life or not in shape at all. Each class can accomadat you, wherever your at physically. It's quickly become the best part of my day, and now I go six days a week! I can't thank the staff enough for every thing they've done for me!

ILKB has been a wonderful experience. The instructors have knowledge of every type of question you might ask and they are friendly and hard-working. Every time I'm working all the time flies! I wish I could live there! :-)
