Very welcoming environment and friendly staff. I enjoy this workout more than going to the gym. I never have to wonder if I'm doing exercises wrong because the staff gives advice and is very helpful. I never feel judged going here!

Joining ILKB was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The instructors always make me feel motivated, and they are willing to offer encouragement, support and assistance whenever I need it. The workout is fast-paced and fun, and I really work up a sweat. For the first time in my life, going to the gym is the best part of my day.

I joined iLoveKickboxing at the end of January and I cannot believe the transformation that my body has already gone through. I have leaned out and have muscle definition in my upper body and proud to sport my tanks now! Not to mention I have lost over 10lbs! The staff is extremely motivating and energized even at 6am! They push you to your limits and I cannot believe I waited so long to join!!

Growing up, I always considered myself to be an athlete. I constantly would go from figure skating practices/competitions to softball tournaments and the batting cages - I never stopped - until I got to college. I lost my drive and I had no idea how to exercise in a gym or how to use gym equipment. This past year I told myself that I would put in that extra effort to get my "athletic" mindset back. There is no better place to start than ILKB (especially the Seekonk/EP location)!! They start you at your own pace, while continuing to push you further than you ever thought you could. I look forward to working out now and I'm PUMPED for this summer, suns out - guns out!!!!

Best work out hands down. The staff is very motivating and they never let the work out get boring. I've been a member for over a year and The instructors helped me reach my personal goals while having fun. I highly recommend ilovekickboxing to everyone.

Love this place great instructors

I was a bit nervous when I first signed up , but the staff here are so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable , they took the time to sit down with me and ask what my goals were, a very big difference from going to the gym . The workout is great , they really know how to motivate and help you reach your goal. The place is extremely clean which is a plus. I've tried all different kinds of workouts and this workout is by far the best it works every single part of my body . I highly recommend Ilovekickboxing seekonk/east providence !

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have never felt so comfortable while working out. Everyone is so nice and we are like one big team. The instructors are AWESOME and ALWAYS available to help or if you have any questions. My body feels amazing and I always look forward to the next class. I will be a member for life

I actually enjoy working out here there so friendly and great coaches we actually have fun and get it done !
