Having grown up on The Fylde Coast and working in the property industry for the last 15 years, I am passionate about helping local people move home and providing them with a bespoke 1-2-1 service. I live in Poulton-le-Fylde with my Fiancé Amanda and two French Bulldogs, Hugo and Lola…. Lola is the one you can see around the Fylde on my ‘For Sale’ boards.
Starting off with a major national agent as a trainee sales negotiator, I gradually worked my way through the ranks to Area Manager over the years picking up the skills that gave me the confidence to set up with EXP on my own. This has allowed me to do things my way and ensures what is promised to a potential client on the valuation is provided throughout the whole sales process. My vision is to work with a smaller number of clients and provide the highest standards to both sellers and buyers with me personally dealing with every aspect of the transaction from start to finish.

With a 7 day a week, 8AM until 8PM approach I work when it best suits my clients. With the ever faster pace of life, not everyone can accommodate the usual 9-5 time scales which a lot of my competitors are restricted to. As I only take on a limited number of properties I can make myself available when it suits whether that be a phone call, what’s app message or a key exchange, you can guarantee a smile and friendly approach. Even when things can get stressful you can rest assured that me and my team are working behind the scenes alongside mortgage brokers, surveyors and solicitors to get the job done and make moving home the exciting experience it should be and not weeks of sleepless nights. We rely on the tight knit local community of the Fylde Coast to want to recommend me and we are that confident you will be happy with the results we even offer a £250 “refer a friend” reward.
