PYC envisions Pakistan as “A democratic, progressive, socially just, economically equitable, political aware, peaceful and youth empowered state.”

Mission

PYC’s Mission is “To create economic, political and social awareness among youth and enable them to protect and claim their rights e.g. education, health, employment and sports.”

Objectives

1) To make Pakistani Youth patriotic and organize them on one platform.
2) To make Youth aware of their civil, cultural, economic, political, social rights and their obligations.
3) To conduct research and surveys to sort out the Youth issues and their probable solutions and disseminate the obtained information.
4) To promote Youth participation in social activities, train the Youth volunteers for emergencies and disasters.
5) To encourage the youngsters’ actively participation in political process to ensure Youth role and contribution for national development.
6) To enhance the constructive role of media to highlight the Youth related issues.
7) To promote democratic values, fundamental freedoms, gender equality, harmony, human rights, peace, tolerance and develop a spirit of unity, mutual trust, brotherhood, solidarity and social integrity.
8) To promote respect for human dignity irrespective of caste, creed, colour, gender, ethnicity or class background and eliminate all kinds of prejudices; e.g. ethnic, religious, sectarian, linguistic or parochial.
9) To promote respect for the religious, cultural and social beliefs, aspirations and rights of the minorities.
10) To work for the reduction of unemployment through employment networks for the Youth and interest free business loans for young entrepreneurs.
11) To establish and maintain friendly relations with other national and international Youth organizations.
12) To work for the achievement of 100% literacy rate through adult literacy programs by the Youth volunteers.
13) To strive for a uniform curriculum to ensure the quality education and discourage elitism.
14) To create awareness about principles of healthy life and protect and preserve the environment.
15) To protect the cultural heritage of Pakistan and ensure recreational and sports opportunities for Youth.
16) To promote appropriate standards of ethical conduct in individual and social life strengthen our cultural norms and traditions of family values, respect to elders, parents and teachers.
17) To promote honesty and integrity of character and commitment to fight against all forms of corruption, social evils and practices.
