Then explore our mains offerings, including our flame-grilled half chicken, lamb backstrap skewer, fire-grilled steaks and eight our ribs. Introducing our latest SKEWERED seasonal flavours: the Kangaroo skewer and the Dry Aged Striploin Skewer! The kangaroo skewer includes kangaroo loin marinated in a native wattleseed BBQ rub served with chimichurri, while the dry aged striploin skewer features O’Connor Angus striploin, dry aged for 28 days, finished with signature basting. Both skewers are then cooked over open charcoal and served with your choice of crispy chips or salad.
