Our studio is warm & inviting, with natural light, & high, New York-style ceilings. We offer Mat, Reformer & Circuit Pilates classes, as well as Xtend Barre classes, AntiGravity fitness classes, & yoga classes. We have a group or private classes with one of our highly experienced & certified instructors who have a hands-on, personalized approach, & will customize your sessions to best suit your needs & help you reach your health & wellbeing goals. We have pre and post natal classes & also rehabilitation classes.
