i would like to make a complain regarding you staff named 'judy'. i have just made a call to your office to follow-up a box delivery. during the conversation (if you could review the conversation if it's recorded), she sarcastically told me to just speak in tagalog so you won't have a hard time. i did not like her tone and approach, she was rude. is this the way you talk to your customers? i think she needs training in proper manners when talking to customers on the phone! you have just lost a regular client because of her! she should not be doing that job!!!
