Im Inneren stammt die eingeschossige Empore noch aus der Bauzeit. Ihre Emporensäulen aus drehwüchsig gewachsenem Holz, sind in den neuen Bundesländern einmalig. Erst 1894 erhielt die Kirche eine gebrauchte Orgel, die nach einem Neubau in Worbis veräußert wurde. Der Orgelbauer Hugo Schramm aus Bürgel baute die Orgel um und ein Prospekt mit Schmuckpfeifen, die im I. Weltkrieg abgeliefert werden und seitdem fehlen.Neben dem Kanzelaltar auf der Ostseite befindet sich ein gotischer Schnitzaltar im Originalzustand, der dem Saalfelder Meister Hans Gottwalt von Lohr um 1508 zugerechnet wird.
