I have many years of experience in finance and accounts both in the industry and in audit practice in Ireland. And I am privilege to be involved with many start-ups companies and existing ones across varied sectors of the Irish economy. I pride myself as a start up accountant, I will put my knowledge, skills and experiences to use in your business when you need it most, I am always available to pick your call and ready to act immediately.
I started my career in the aviation industry- a passenger airline, engineering department working as part of the aircraft materials control team for two years and wrote some custom essays about it. I sought redeployment to the finance department, and started as an assistant accountant in the budget/management information division. I was in budget & cost control for three years before being promoted to the position of accountant and posted to the office of the director of finance/supply as personal assistant for a year and half ;after which I was charged with the responsibilities of overhauling the finance function of the Sales Office Corporate Headquarters, I held the position of Senior Accountant in charge of the sales office corporate headquarters for three years before moving to Ireland.
While in Ireland, I joined FJ Forde & Co ( Auditors & Accountants ) in 2005, and worked in various capacities and on various clients in the areas of accounts production, audit of financial statements, taxation and revenue audits.
As a senior accountant, I report directly to the partners in charge of different assignments I undertake and have responsibilities for some juniors and trainee accountants. I resigned in 2011 with a view to work for myself doing what I enjoy doing best; GIA Accountants was therefore established to serve you.
