I am a registered Hatha Yoga Instructor since 1998 and furthered this with Iyengar and Ashtanga teacher training.
A Yoga practice involves movement and postures, concentrating on breathing and meditation. Regular Practice of any method of yoga will lead to better health, flexibility, strength and stamina. A feeling of calm and peace mentally and will help to release anxiety, stiffness and emotional instability.
Classes are held in Dublin 3, close to city centre & Fairview, Killester & Raheny in Dublin 5 & Drumcondra in Dublin 9
