Sin dal 1835, “Pasticceria G. Lemmi”, nel cuore della Toscana, è sinonimo di eccellenza nel soddisfare la voglia di dolcezza. Nasce per volontà del capostipite Giovanni, che con la qualifica di assistente farmacista, oltre alla vendita di spezie, si dedica alla realizzazione di caramelle, confetti e liquori come il Vermuth, china ed altri amari e digestivi, all’epoca molto apprezzati. E’ verso la metà dell’800 che ha inizio la produzione della pasticceria. La sede storica era ad appena due numeri civici rispetto a quella attuale, ed il laboratorio a pochi isolati di distanza da essa. E’ da i primi anni 50, del secolo scorso, che l’attività di produzione e vendita è rimasta invariata, in Corso Matteotti 30, nel cuore di Cascina.Quando si parla di radicamento e tradizione, l’antica “Pasticceria G. Lemmi” con la continuità della gestione familiare, è un’eccellenza ed un vanto per il suo territorio, e non solo.
Nel suo viaggio, lungo 180 anni, le quattro generazioni che si sono succedute hanno saputo cavalcare i tempi con grande dedizione e professionalità, adeguandosi alle rinnovate richieste della clientela senza mai perdere di vista la tradizione.
