Fysio-Aktief heeft verschillende beweegprogramma's ontwikkeld voor specifieke doelgroepen.
Een beweegprogramma bestaat uit een tijdsgebonden programma (3 of 6 maanden) waarbij er voorafgaand doelen worden opgesteld. Veelal wordt er gewerkt in multidisciplinair verband en is er naast begeleiding vanuit fysiotherapie ook hulp van diëtiste en psycholoog.
Training, coachen en leefstijlverandering zijn de ingrediënten van het beweegprogramma.
Medische fitness of medische trainingstherapie (MTT) kan gebruikt worden als training op zich (conditie verbeteren, spierkracht opbouw, etc.) of als onderdeel van de fysiotherapeutische behandeling (revalidatie na blessure of operatie).
Een trainingsprogramma op ‘maat’ wordt voor u opgesteld. Tijdens de intake worden in overleg streefdoelen bepaald. Onder deskundige begeleiding (fysiotherapeut) wordt uw programma opgebouwd en aangepast. Fysiotherapeutische begeleiding is altijd in de oefenzaal aanwezig.
Bij Fysio-Aktief wordt er getraind in kleine groepjes van 8-10 mensen.
