I am a registered Medical Herbalist, and a committee member of the New Zealand Association of Medical Herbalists. My training (Diploma in Herbal Medicine) was a three year full-time study, through the Waikato Centre for Herbal Medicine. There I was also trained in other modalities such as - Flower essences, Nutrition, Iridology.As a Herbal Medicine practitioner I am highly trained in the philosophies, principles and practice of:? Western herbal medicine? New Zealand native medicine &? Medical science.I take a holistic view towards health and illness and I prescribe and dispense plant medicines in a safe and effective manner. I seek to treat the underlying cause of the problem and acknowledge the body's innate ability to heal itself.
