Specialised automatic coil shaping machines ensure consistent and precise coil geometry and dimensions. The company manufactures a range of coils, both L.V. and H.V. to 11K.V. for motors, armatures, alternators and generators.We also have two vacuum/pressure vessels for the impregnation of armature and stator windings. These vessels have dimensions of 2.5 x 0.6 and 2.5 x 1.5 metres respectively.An integral part of the company's operation is it's ability to offer a comprehensive balancing service for rotating equipment, guaranteed to I.S.O. 1940 standard, or to customer specification. Our modern in-house facilities can balance equipment varying in weight from 100 grams to 6 tonne. Much larger equipment can also be balanced on site.New shafts and other parts are manufactured to specifications as required, and mechanical repairs are undertaken covering shafts, bearings, housings and general welding.We can make available an on-site rewinding and repair service, together with a preventative maintenance inspection facility.
