出雲市にある和食・郷土料理店「割烹・和食堂 看雲楼」出雲大社にゆかりの深い『うず煮』や海の幸を存分に味わえる『海鮮丼』など楽しむ
出雲大社から徒歩2分のところにある【割烹・和食堂 看雲楼】。明治15年に宮内省の料理人であった安井熊市により創業された、出雲大社にゆかりの深いお店です。春の例大祭には天皇の勅使様にも料理を出しています。特におすすめは、奈良時代の文献にも出てくるという、130年前に初代が出雲大社で教わった『うず煮』。フグのだしと身が入っており、上にのっているご飯をうずめながら食べるメニューです。他にも、5種類以上の旬の魚介類がのっている『海鮮丼』や、地元の魚介類や野菜をたっぷりと使用した『ご縁ランチ』も人気です。和の趣が濃い店内は、宴会もできる広さ。個室もあり少人数の宴会から、結婚披露宴などにも使われるお店です。
