「空手道禅道会・武道空手少年クラブ 安佐南道場」です。
習い事をするなら当スポーツ教室へお越しください！
初心者、女性も大歓迎！！
禅道会の稽古体型は、体力や年齢、性別にかかわらず誰でも安心して学べます。
当空手教室では幼年・小学生・中学生向けの「少年部」、
運動不足解消やストレス解消を目的とした高校生以上～大人の「一般部」がございます。
「少年部」では、将来にとって価値のある習慣を身に着けることができます。
空手での試合ルールは、突き・蹴り以外に投げ技もあるので
転んだときの受身なども安全に習得できます。
大人の「一般部」では、毎日同じ仕事の繰り返しに、気持ちをリセットできます。
・怪我などが少ない稽古体系の為、安心して取り組む事ができます。
・初心者の方でも丁寧に先生が教えていきますので、
技が自然に身につき、達成感を感じることができます。
・適度な運動と緊張感で、運動不足とストレスを
一緒に解消することを目標としています。
ミットにパンチとキックを当てるミットトレーニングは、
運動不足解消とストレス解消になりますよ♪
新型コロナウイルス対策も実施中です。
稽古時はマスクの着用をお願いしております。
習い事をしたくて初めて空手に挑戦したい方や、
前に武道の経験はあるけどブランクがあり、
慣れるかどうか心配な方には見学体験がおすすめです。
入会される方の9割は初心者なので、ご安心ください。
