dear coke pakistan/ other teams, this is to bring under your consideration that some part of your company is involved in different scam either officially (as per the company policy) or unofficially( without your acceptance), if its your policy then good luck and if its not then the management needs to work on it to rectify such an alarming situation. we are running a mart at prime location at sea view karachi pakistan and we have always been the highest traders of coca cola products and we usually achieve the annual targets in less than six months, you can take a look at our profile if you wish and the company has never been reasonable to us, we didn’t received our funds for more than 1.5 years now, we have communicated this issue to your management as well but all went in wane, we have been communicated that your funds have already been released but somebody from the inside seized it, i don’t understand that how can this be possible in such a reputed company like yours, we have hundreds of issues with your employees. we never receive the product as per our demand, the supplies are always undersized. no body visits us either from the management or the lower staff. if somebody does comes to us, they are ill mannered and non professional. we never received our samplings. and hundreds of other issues. we have stopped buying your products and started working with pepsi because of your pethatic customer services and we are pretty happy the way they are treating us. and let me one more thing we have good amount of customers that are addicted to your product but we have no way to fulfill their requirements due to the kind of services you provide. this is only a favor that a well-wisher is giving you, so that the remedies measure can be exercised for what has been damaged already, before its too late. i am stunned to see this sort of attitude to a very reputable mart that provides serious business, i don’t know how they must have been treating the small shop owners. hopefully somebody honest enough will take this seriously. regards, haroon rasheed md ittehad grocerz
