I wish I could give them 'zero starts'. For readers who are planning to do Hajj with them for 2024 - My suggestion please donot opt for this group. They donot provide the service they commit. Our overall experience was 'worse'. Azizia hotel was not much near to Jamarat as they mentioned and the hotel itself was extemely dirty, our room was only cleaned once in 7 days. We had to throw the garbage and towels outside but we never got them replaced instead our personal towels then. There was no wifi in the azizia hotel. The food catering they provided in azizia was not at all near to A category Hajj - it was extremely low quality and it would finish if you dont reach early. If the breakfast time is till 11 but if you reached at 10.30 you wont get anything to eat. Their A category Mina camp was in the same camp as category B, so the service we got was of B category. The wahrooms and the kitchen was mixed for A and B and it was extremely extremely dirty and on the first day we had to stay in ques to get the food and by the time you reach it would finish. The tent was also over occupied, the hajj administrator slep on my husbands sofa cum bed half and half with other because they had no bed. There was no place to keep luggage and no place to pray. Arafa day where we saw their worst management. We did not get any AC tent as committed, instead we did not get any tent at all. They took us to Arafa very late and then said that the tent is taken over by others. The tent we saw which we did not get was not A category anyway. We did not get any food on Arafa day either. In Muzdalfa, they left Muzdalfa before sunrise and they parked very very far from the place where we could sit. They did not provide much things to us for Muzdalfa, only sleeping bags which also not everyone got. After Muzdalfa they took us directly for Rami and again they parked far far away from the Rami place, we could see so many buses near by where we started Rami from but we were wallking. Also they made us do Rami from second floor from the longest route. We later found shorter routes on second and third day ourselves. Then same day they did not provide us proper food and water in Azizia hotels. Same day they took the group for tawafe Ziara (we opted to not go with them) they made the people walk and do tawaf from upper floor and then the ladies got lost and they came back walking till medina next morning. They were the worst ever hajj group management we have ever seen, their managers Moeen and Khursheed have no clue what they are doing. They donot focus on the customer's experience. Infact we felt they made Hajj experience difficult for us especially on Arafa day they didnot provide us tent and I could not bear the heat. They donot provide the quality and experience they commit. You might feel they are charging the lost compared to other, BUT you will be paying much higher to them for what you will eventually receive. They were literally B or C class. I would say they were third class overall.
