subject: tricare certification of mercury pharmacies in cebu city hello, i have been browsing through military u.s. tricare websites and found that mercury pharmacies have been listed as certified. this means that i will be able to produce a claim and receive reimbursement for some cost of medication that i will need when i eventually get permanent resident visa for the philippines. not all mercury pharmacies are certified which is puzzling for me? your assistance in this matter will be most helpful. i would like to stay in the philippines. of course, my wife was born in cebu city. i hope you can assist me. thank you very much. bruce lucas
