The Iligan Investment Board (IIB), an Office under the City Mayor’s Office, is the front line organization to bring into the City the needed private sector capital, both domestic and foreign. The Iligan Investment Board was created and established in 1996 by virtue of City Ordinance No. 2916, series of 1996, both as an investment incentive granting body as well as the marketing unit to promote Iligan City, as a business location.
