Been 5 years with them running my online shope. and I agree that they have a great and friendly support team. Only opened 3 tickets for the last 5 years and each issue were resolved immediately. I don't have any issue with downtime, they lived with their promise of 99.9% uptime guarantee, but as per my experience it's more than that.
