The second bedroom is on the entrance level and has twin beds. This bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. The open plan living area is situated on the ground floor and has sliders to a large patio fitted with a gas braai. The lounge has a gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights, in addition to the underfloor heating which is fitted throughout the entire house. There is also a six seater dining area for relaxed holiday meals. The patio also has a table and chairs for the summer months when meals can be enjoyed outside. The kitchen is fully fitted (under counter oven/ hob, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble drier) and has granite counters. The villa is serviced daily (excluding Sundays). All linen (including towels) is supplied. The Clarens Golf Course was originally a 9 hole course but was recently upgraded and extended to an 18 hole championship course by Pinnacle Point Holdings, the developers of the popular Pinnacle Point in Mossel Bay. The par 72 golf course, designed and constructed by Golf Data, is bound to excite every level of golfer. All 18 holes meander along and across the tranquil river and its splendid series of trout dams and cascading waterfalls. The new Club House is well appointed and offers wonderful mountain views.
