Trying to get hold of them to get banking details to pay an infringement... NO REPLY. I am from Johannesburg and cannot go all the way back there to pay a fine. Really can they not get competent staff to answer the phone or alternatively put their banking details the fines???????????

No one is picking up the phone when I try to get hold of the traffic department. This is the second day I phone in. Your service suck, hire new people.

Hi, I have tried to get banking details to no avail. I have gone to the bank, they cannot pay the fine for me. How difficult can you make it when I am trying to give you money?
Unfortunately I have since then left the country and was unable to pay it. I seriously tried!
