Randfontein Welding School for 15 years, the school has been equipping youths with welding skills, especially those who come from less fortunate backgrounds. Founded by Happy Kroet, who also worked in the industry, the school said it is proud to boost the economy by placing learners in companies for job opportunities. Charmaine Kroet, co-owner of the school, said the school is not only teaching welding skills, but it is also instilling principles and standards that the school prides itself on.
