KDmedia, Inc. is a Korea-based company engaged in the media, entertainment and publishing businesses. Its media business is engaged in the replication of compact disks (CDs) and digital versatile disks (DVDs). Its entertainment business produces DVD contents and distributes domestic and overseas videos and DVD titles. Its publishing business provides special printing services, including lottery ticket, stock certificate, certificate stamp, product label, ticket and gift certificate printing services. It is also engaged in the real estate leasing business. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one affiliated company which was engaged in the editing, planning and production of films.
